Brooke DeRenzis
Brooke DeRenzis is a Project Director at DC Appleseed. There, Brooke manages public policy projects on Anacostia River restoration, affordable housing and jobs for D.C.’s low-income residents, revenue limitations facing the nation’s capital, and lead in D.C.’s drinking water.
Prior to joining DC Appleseed, Brooke was a Research Analyst at the Brookings Institution’s Metropolitan Policy Program, where her research focused on a range of issues affecting the District of Columbia and the Washington region. Previously, Brooke conducted research on economic development policy at the University of Michigan’s Center for Local, State, and Urban Policy.
